If you are locked out of your room, please call the emergency line at 1-877-417-1155 so that the on-call person can respond quickly.

1.    Lockouts During Regular Office Hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Lockout assistance during these hours will remain free of charge as staff are available on-site to help.
NOTE: This does not include statutory holidays.

2.    First Lockout (Outside Office Hours) Your first lockout outside office hours is free of charge.
 

3.    Subsequent Lockouts (Outside Office Hours) Starting January 20, 2025, a $75 + HST charge will be added to your account for each lockout after the first occurrence.

With each resident issued one key, we kindly encourage you to take care to keep it secure and accessible to avoid lockouts and related charges.

If you lose your key, a $40 + HST replacement charge will be added to your lockout charge of $75 + HST.
